01. Agreement to Terms

By registering for an account, accessing our web portal at ghufran.net, or using the GHUFRAN GEN Chrome Extension, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

02. Subscription Plans & Access

GHUFRAN GEN offers high-performance AI creator utilities, including Unlimited AI Voice Generation (TTS), 8K Image Generation, and Deep Vision AI. We offer two official plans:

Pro Monthly ($1.99 USD)

Grants 30 calendar days of uncapped Pro creator access upon manual admin verification. There is no recurring automatic billing.

Pro Lifetime ($19.00 USD)

Grants permanent, unrestricted lifetime access to all creator features upon manual admin verification. One-time payment.

03. Manual Payment Verification Workflow

All payments are handled via manual verification using Binance Pay / Binance ID or USDT on the BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). Users transfer the exact amount and submit their transaction reference and payment screenshot. Entitlements are activated manually by the administration team upon on-chain / wallet confirmation.

04. Strict No-Refund & No Money-Back Guarantee Policy

All cryptocurrency (USDT BEP-20) and Binance Pay transactions are 100% FINAL and STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE.

Due to the immediate digital delivery of proprietary creator software, instant license unlock, and continuous GPU compute allocation upon administrator approval, GHUFRAN GEN strictly maintains a zero-refund policy and does not provide any refunds, reversals, or money-back guarantees under any circumstances. By proceeding with payment submission and account registration, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms.
