These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", or "You") and Muhammad Ghufran ("Operator", "Developer", "we", "us", or "our"), the creator and sole operator of the GHUFRAN GEN software suite, website (https://ghufrangen.billing.ghufran.net), and companion browser extension. GHUFRAN GEN is an independently developed software product owned and operated by Muhammad Ghufran.
By registering an account, purchasing a subscription plan, installing the browser extension, or accessing any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our companion Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our software or services.
02. Description of Software & Services
GHUFRAN GEN is an all-in-one AI creator suite and Chrome browser extension providing tools such as neural voiceover generation (TTS), 8K AI image creation, multi-modal vision analysis, and image super-resolution upscaling. Access to specific platform tools and quotas is determined by your active account plan tier.
03. Account Registration & Security
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account and execute payment transactions.
- Registration Requirements: Account registration currently requires a valid Gmail address (
@gmail.com) as an application authentication rule to receive 6-digit security verification OTP codes. - Account Safeguarding: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and authentication tokens. Any activity occurring under your authenticated account is your responsibility.
- Single User License: Each subscription license is granted for single-user access. Account sharing or unauthorized reselling of access is prohibited.

05. Payment Processing (Safepay)
Payments for GHUFRAN GEN are processed through Safepay (getsafepay.com), a third-party payment service provider.
- Checkout Processing: When purchasing a plan, you are directed to Safepay Checkout to complete payment securely using supported credit or debit cards.
- Currency & Taxes: All plan prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion or cross-border transaction fees are determined by your card issuing bank.
- Activation: Paid subscription features are activated upon receipt of payment confirmation from Safepay.
06. Subscription Cancellation
- How to Cancel: You may request cancellation of your subscription at any time by sending an email with your account username to our support desk at facebookrd811@gmail.com.
- Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation ensures no future renewal charges occur. Your Pro access will remain active through the end of your currently paid period.
07. Customer Satisfaction Refund Policy (7-Day Guarantee)
All initial purchases across Pro Monthly ($2), Pro Yearly ($19), and Lifetime Pro ($69) are protected by our 7-Day Customer Satisfaction Refund Policy. If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 7 days of purchase, you may request a 100% full refund by emailing facebookrd811@gmail.com.

08. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
You agree to use GHUFRAN GEN solely for lawful creative, personal, or commercial productivity purposes. You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract source code from the platform or browser extension.
- Bypass or tamper with security controls, license verification routines, or API endpoints.
- Employ automated scrapers or scripts that overload or impair server infrastructure.
- Resell, sublicense, or distribute GHUFRAN GEN access without prior written consent.
- Engage in fraudulent payment transactions or unauthorized card usage.
09. Intellectual Property & Third-Party Technologies
All original software code, website designs, branding, logos, stylesheets, and custom application code developed for GHUFRAN GEN are the intellectual property of Muhammad Ghufran.
GHUFRAN GEN may integrate or utilize third-party APIs and services (such as Google Gemini APIs) to deliver certain tool features. Google and Gemini are trademarks and technologies of Google LLC. GHUFRAN GEN is an independently developed application and does not claim ownership of third-party APIs, trademarks, or cloud infrastructure.
10. Service Availability & Disclaimers
GHUFRAN GEN is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive for reliable uptime and performance, we do not warrant that operation will be completely uninterrupted or error-free at all times.
11. Account Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access if a user violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent billing activity, or attempts to compromise platform security.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Muhammad Ghufran and GHUFRAN GEN shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
